DPS credit card processing All online payments are processed by DPS, the largest and most well-known online payment processing service. Payments can be made using your normal credit card. The DPS system is integrated with our checkout process and provides you with a seamless and secure purchasing experience. Direct Credit Select this option during checkout and you will be given our bank account details for direct payment. These will also be in the email that you receive after finalising the order. Please make the payment with 24 hours so that we can find it and process the order for you. Our standard delivery fee for any order under $149.95 is $6.00 (*excluding International orders)
We endeavour to deliver all New Zealand orders within 48 hours of receipt of order. As all Nursery furniture is made to order may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
International Orders You can purchase most products for international shipping through our website, the cost of freight will be automatically added to your final total. All international orders are sent by New Zealand Post Air Mail. Delivery is usually 3-10 business days depending on the destination. Orders received from non New Zealand residents are exempt from GST (12.5%). Please note that due to the size of certain products, we are not able to offer international delivery on all items.
Condition of Sale All goods must be paid for prior to them being sent. You must supply a delivery address that is occupied during business hours. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Most Little Hedgehog furniture items are sent flat packed and require a small amount of assembly by the purchaser. Returns We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, please call or email us immediately for a return authorisation. All returns must of course be unworn and unused and the item must be
returned in a saleable condition with all labels and packaging seals
intact. We'll also pay the
return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll
notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving
your return.Damaged goods: We take exceptional care when packaging and sending your purchase. If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us promptly and we will resolve as quickly as possible. We take the utmost care to check over any Little Hedgehogs stock before it leaves our place. Furniture: We take no responsibility for your colour selection. Please refer to colour chart previews to enable you to make a discerning choice, as there is no refund/exchange due to incorrect colour selection. Faulty goods If any item is faulty please call or email us immediately for a return authorisation. On receipt of the goods we will forward them onto the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Exchanges should include a self-addressed prepaid envelope or satchel with the return of the item for the replacement stock to be sent to the customer in.
